I write Halloween romance and I love Burger King. So when the chain came out with a Halloween-themed whopper, I absolutely had to try it.
The wrapping is pretty cool. It looks like a mummy!
Here's what it looks like once you unwrap it.
Yep, the bun is black. Pure black. My son saw it and said: "If you eat it, you die." It was pretty funny.
I did taste it. It tastes like a regular whopper with additional sweet barbecue sauce. Frankly, I didn't like it at all. The bun doesn't taste all that the different, but the sauce is really unappetizing.
But, hey, I ate the Halloween Whopper. Achievement unlocked!
